- Sioux Central has lost to Pocahontas Area and beaten GT/RA 18-8
Prediction: Akron Westfield 18 - 28 Sioux Central

Gehlen Catholic (2-0) vs Woodbury Central (1-1)
- Gehlen beat Unity in a close game and West Monona by a few scores
- Woodbury Central was blanked by Hinton and followed that by smoking Ridgeview
Prediction: Gehlen Catholic 24 - 34 Woodbury Central

Hartley Melvin Sanborn (2-0) vs Sibley Ocheydan (1-1)
- HMS has won two close games against Okoboji and Estherville
- SO beat Okoboji by a bigger margin than HMS and lost to Sheldon
Prediction: Hartley Melvin Sanborn 20 - 14 Sibley Ocheydan

Hinton (1-1) vs Lawton Bronson (1-1)
- Hinton handily beat a decent Woodbury Central team followed by a weird loss to Unity Christian
- LB lost to a decent Alta Aurelia team and then beat a rough Akron Westfield team 14-6

MMCRU (0-2) vs North Union (0-2)
- MMCRU lost to MVAOCOU and Cherokee
- North Union beat Central Springs handily and lost a tight one to St. Edmonds
Prediction: MMCRU 14 - 36 North Union

South O'Brien (2-0) vs Alta Aurelia (1-1)
- SOHS beat GTRA and Sheldon
- AA beat Lawton Bronson handily and lost to a bigger Storm Lake 25-10

I would expect a competive game yes
