BG vs St Ed’s...

If you see anything I say, you might know I am a Bishop Garrigan fan. I’ve been to every game this season and tbh I thought they had a really nice looking offense and their defense was.... lack-luster at best. But after watching this game against St Ed’s, the number one rushing team in class A before the game, I completely changed my mind. Idk what changed but man does this defense look good. The varsity defense only played 2 1/2 quarters and only allowed 7 total yards. They must have had a change of mindset or something because this defense looked totally different than previous weeks. I really feel this is what they are capable from week to week. Their d-tackles are a little undersized at around 225 and they go really hard, one having 6 sacks on the season already. Their d-ends are 6’6 240 and 6’5 225.. linebackers are where this team is really intimidating.. 6’5 245, 6’3 250, 5’10 220.. and these guys aren’t fat, they are built and move very very well. I’m really excited to see how the west Hancock game goes this week. And how the season goes. Let me know ur thoughts.

Good insight. Yeah they are Overall pretty damn big. Britt has some nice size too. in my humble opinion this is the #2 and #3 teams in the state playing. West Hancock is home which is a big advantage, but Garrigan just always seems to find a way in the regular season. I mean winning 31 straight regular season games is damn tough. This is the game of the year in class A. Hudson vs North Tama was also a great game but west Hancock and Algona Garrigan are rivals so I’m giving this game of the year
