how in the world is West Lyon's schedule tougher than Regina's??

Because Regina's six district opponents are weak compared to a West Lyon. This offsets the brutal ND slate for the Regals.

West Lyon's district is not as strong as Regina's, IMHO.

It's not based on future games! It's only using data currently entered, so weeks 1 & 2 and last year's games. So the district strength has ZERO bearing on their current ratings or SOS. Even with that, I would still take the 2, 3, or 4 seed in D2 over anyone other than Regina in D6. Take out Regina, and that district is nothing to brag about.

I would argue that. Although D2 is not extremely strong itself, D6 is very weak..
