Are there any teams that have a 95% chance or greater of making it to the UNI-Dome this year? Who is the team and why?

Definitely agree on Regina, but I don't know if FDSE's chances are that high. I think they'll get there, but they'll see some stiff competition from within their own district, much less whatever they might see from other districts in the playoffs, so it's tough for me to say they've got a 95% chance.

Depending on playoff match ups, I think South Winn might be in that discussion, though.

I'd have to agree on that. FDSE didn't look like a "95% sure bet dome team" last week in a slim victory over a class A team.
season is young, and they will probably get better, but just cant put them in that statement at this time.

True. You probably couldn't have penciled them in after their 14-9 win over Garrigan last year, as well.

hindsight is 20/20. Very few would have picked them to be in the finals after that game.
they do have 2 things going for them. A good coach, and they listen to their coach. They will keep improving as the season goes. I personally don't think they'll get as far as last year but will be in the last 4-8 teams playing in the class IMO.

It's hard to tell which teams will match up before the semis because we have no idea how the state will line up the playoffs. Each round will be reseeded, so they could legitimately "fix" the semis by matching up games to ensure a "good" team has an easier road or keep two top ranked teams from playing before the semis. They say it will be based on a geographic basis as well as seed in district, but time will tell.

Beyond that, I think it's a pretty safe bet to assume Regina and South Winn will make it as well as whoever escapes D7.

Well when we're talking 95% chance, you're essentially putting it in ink. Like I said, I still think St. Ed gets to the Dome, but they play in an area that makes them one of the more likely teams to be upset before the Dome.
