You cannot imagine the difference that this would make for law enforcement and the medical community in general...especially urgent care and ambulance services.

Very true. My daughter is a nurse and says a large percentage of patients have mental health issues not being addressed…..it’s really stressing the system….and the caregiver’s.

When an ambulance isn't immediately available, you can bet your ass it's because they're on a call with one of these people. Sometimes they are called 3, 4, 5 times a week, or more, by a single person with a mental illness who believes that they are being attacked or harmed by imaginary forces.

And the squalor that these people live in...it's cruel. They closed "insane asylums" because they were cruel. Most are homeless TBH.
