Maybe so, but encouraging kids in their teens still in puberty to experiment with this crap IMO is shelf defeating. The natural thing is you are either male or female, though I recognize there can be gay people. The young people should be allowed to develop naturally.

it could be society has put such an emphasis on good sex that when young people have disappointing sex they think something else is for them. The experiment could end in a different result. I would bet they are still lost and lookIng, but now think even more they are “different”. This could be why the Brown Study found that the trend in actual amount of gay sex is way below the trend in identifying as different sexually. They have done it once as an experiment so they identify but still have big questions about it so don’t do it as much or even anymore.
 
I too was always willing to help two young ladies to self identify.most all of you were when you had the opportunity. Then someone had the idea to make it a political litmus test. Not a very smart thing to IMHO. GOP has become the party that hate queers - that’s enough votes to swing an election. I say leave them alone.

I don't hate them. I just don't support their agendas and narratives. If they want to get married...cool, misery loves company. If they want special protection, nope.

Not sure I believe that they are born that way...but also don't care. It doesn't matter to me if it's a choice. Perhaps some are and some aren't? I don't see how that matters.

It's gross to me either way. If they think heterosexuals are gross, I'm cool with that too. Some vagines are gross I suppose but all male buttholes are disgusting.

I think most are born that way. I knew my nephew was gay when he was 3. His coming out 16 years later was as shocking as the sun rising in the east. And it definitely doesn't matter.

I guess where my opinion on the matter rubs some the wrong way, I do believe that it is a perversion.

Many of us are born with a natural inclination that is otherwise unhealthy for us...but are we supposed to give in to it? I can't answer that for everyone else...just for me.

I do know that homosexuals are born to some daunting statistics that heterosexuals don't have to face.

Agree, for the most part. I don't know that I consider it a perversion, mainly because I don't give it enough thought to quantify it. It's more like something that I genuinely don't care about since it's not me. I dig hot lesbians, but those really only exist in porn.

Had a cousin in Dothan that was obvious at a young age, pre-teen I guess. It was hilarious cause his Dad, my actual 1st cousin, was straight up good ole boy. He want to Bammer, by the way. The gay kid, not the red neck.
