8-Man District 4

With all this talk of Turkey Valley, West Central, and Central I have this question. Is District 4 one of the best in the state? I never thought it was, but maybe I'm wrong. Comments?

I dont think so no. Probably middle of the road I would like to think at best. Here is how I would rank my districts if we had to

1.) District #2
2.) District #8
3.) District #5
4.) District #4
5.) District #1
6.) District #7
7.) District #5
8.) District #6

Districts 4,1 and 7 in my eyes are pretty equal and could be flipped around no specific way. Big gap though between District 2 and 8 at the top though. #2 is loaded this year with MMC, GTRA, and WBM all in it again and looking to all be very tough again this year. District 8 and 5 are also pretty equal and could easily be flipped around as well.
