Mount Pleasant at Keokuk .... Good game .. Home team wins by two touchdowns
Washington at Clear Creek-Amana .... Best game of the district .. Demons win by 10

I don't disagree with your picks Phil. I think that K'ville will give Fairfield a good game and I think that game is more of a toss up then some people. Crazy as it sounds, I'm very interested in the Fort Madison vs DA game. Fort Madison, while 0-2, has run the ball really well. They haven't been able to stop anybody, but I would like to see how they do against DA's defense. DA will score, but if FM can move the ball well and put some significant points up then that may be an indication that DA really does have some work to do.

I think Washington will roll through the district till they meet up with DA.

Fairfield will have to battle for every win they get this year. There won't be a blowout for them all year. Great skill positions, terrible lines....particularly on the offensive side. FM is going to get destroyed by a very upset DA team tonight I'm afraid. I can't seem to figure out the Keokuk team, those kids were unreal as middle school and freshman teams and for whatever reason they just struggle once they hit varsity down there. Agree with the last response on Washington rolling until they hit DA in a few weeks.
