2A District Champion Thread

1. Spirit Lake, they've been rolling lately, although this area of the state is always a meat grinder
2. Clear Lake, really good young team last year in 3A one of the favorites to win state title, Hampton should be good too
3. New Hampton, return almost everyone from 9-0 team, North Fayette Valley will challenge though
4. Cascade, another good young team from last year, after that a lot of questions in this district
5. Williamsburg, another successful 3A team dropping done, Mediapolis should be top challenger
6. South Tama, complete toss up, but I think South Tama has most experienced talent
7. Albia, tough district with with a ton of balance, but I think Blue Demons find a way.
8. Kuemper, they don't rebuild they reload.

It will be an interesting year in 2A with a lot of new teams either coming down a class or moving up. I think D8 will be more open than people think. Kuemper does seem the type of program to reload but they did lose a ton of talent from their state championship team.
