247 sports rates elite 11 qbs, and lewis central max duggan was one of them....spencer rattler, phoenix pinnacle peak qb, is top qb..i will get to see spencer on tv next thursday in phoenix. he is oklahoma recruit...

duggan can pass for sure...and is very quick....but there are many 4a qb,s that go d1, and sit on bench

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're insinuating there is a QB in any class better than or close to as good as Duggan... it's not even close. The kid is a special talent and is more competitive than almost any athlete I've ever seen.

agree....duggan is probably the best in iowa....i am just stating that when u get to the d1 level , some 4star qbs are just not good enough for that level
