Remsen, St. Mary's has as good a shot as anyone in 1A this year (my pick). Return all players, pitching should gain depth as a year older. Hinton and Alta-Aurelia dropping down make NWIA quadrant even tougher in 1A. Woodbury Central will be very solid as well.
Of course Newman Catholic is always looming and Martensdale St-Mary's also returns almost everyone.
