Pretty much the same old same old. From the Des Moines Area you have Valley, Dowling, maybe Johnston, and maybe Roosevelt making some noise. Then there is Iowa City West, City High, and most likely Kennedy coming out of the MVC. Then Bettendorf, Muscatine, and Pleasant Valley out of the MAC. It will be interesting to see how big of an impact that senior class leaving City West will have on their season. City High will be great offensively, and Valley will have good size and mature gameplay. Bettendorf lost some talent in Sawyer and Byrne and their keeper so it should be a great 2011 season!
