    Cant Eliminate 8man, but could certainly bump of the 8 largest enrollments into 11 man. Why is Newell Fonda continually allowed to play 8 man anyway? then you have 64 in class A 8 districts of 8.

    I dont think you can treat football the same as other sports. Football requires more players and more contributors than a sport such as Basketball where if you have a couple stars that can take you a long way.

    The argument for going to 8 games is so they keep playoffs 6 days apart and be done by Thanksgiving while allowing 32 teams in playoffs. I perosnally think that is dumb. guarantee the kids 9 games, too much work put in for only 8 games, while other sports play 25-40 games or wrestle 50...

    If not expanding the playoffs, Do not take away a guaranteed game! Football is short enough for most teams. 9 games compared to 40 in baseball and 22, in basketball, and wrestling 50 matches.
