    playoffs=state qualified. 1st round of state playoffs, quarterfinals of state playoffs, Semis of state playoffs, and finals of state playoffs. To quality for the state playoffs is making state. This would be too many teams qualifying for state(state playoffs).

    32 teams in playoffs seems absurd to me. 3A for example has 54 teams. Almost 60% of the teams make state? Rewarding over half the teams with a state bid seems odd. 16 teams seems fair.
