Newborg needs to be moved to the top. Maybe a toss up between him and Boyle for number one. Rivals thought the same as they are bumping his rating after their final 2015 evaluations.

Newborg sure didn't dominate that 1A Championship game the way that Cook did. I think Cook should be on top for his accomplishments, size, skill and versality.
