“I have made college trips to Hawkeye, Wartburg, Central and Waldorf.”

Do you have plans for more trips soon?
“I am planning on making a visit to Loras soon.”

Did you have a favorite college growing up?

Iowa City Liberty quarterback Kelby Telander
Do you want to play sports in college? If so, which one?
“I want to wait things out and see what schools want me the most for each sport. I still have lots of time and just want to enjoy high school while it last. I don’t plan to make any moves until after my senior seasons. I’m open to any of the sports including football, basketball, and track.”

What colleges have been recruiting you?
“I’ve had a lot of interest with division 2 and 3 schools. I haven’t gotten my name out there a whole lot, but I have a decent connection to division 1 schools in the area such as Iowa. I hope to spread my name more this summer by attending lots of football camps. This is one of the biggest regrets I had in the previous summer, when missing camps. I had been invited to such as Iowa State, Iowa, and North Dakota state due to AAU travel basketball.”

Have you made any college trips yet?
“I haven’t made any college trips yet, but I’ve been invited to some division 2 schools here and there.”
