It's actually 6-0 against those guys, and the 3 against Lanning were by a total of 9 points. Only once did his defense give up less than 30 in those games. He faced one Top 20 defense this year, and did it with 1st rounders at QB and WR.....and got blown out. His 2 recruiting classes at UW didn't finish in the Top 20.
KDB might end up being a great hire. Time will tell. He's obviously a good coach. But, there's a reason it's said "it's better to be the guy who replaces the guy who replaced the legend than be the guy who replaced the legend."
