The atmosphere for that Clinton-Xavier was one of the best I've ever seen for a high school football game. Clinton fans had that place packed before pre game warmups and Xavier fans traveled well like they usually do. That was a very good Clinton team led by Jake Mangler and David Johnson. I know a lot of Xavier people who take great pride in that win, believing it's one of the best they've had. It seems like that was Clinton's great class and that they were never really able to get close to it with the following teams.
