...bases loaded triple in bottom of 7 and down to their final out. They were down 4-1 to start bottom of 7. Video looked like the right fielder misplayed the ball. Took a few steps in and it sailed over his head. Go ahead run scored from first barely beating the throw to the plate.

What a game. There have been some really good games here in the first round. No real scoring fests either (at least not off the top of my head)

The last play was brutal to watch. Chariton had the game all but won going into the inning, and watching the rightfielder after the play was over was just gut-wrenching.

Yeah I bet that poor kid feels horrible. Hopefully he isn't a Senior and has more baseball ahead of him.

The right fielder was a junior. He moved from left to right when Chariton pulled Palmer. Words probably can't describe what he is going through right now.
