Looks like CO-U is playing a partial varsity schedule this fall (6 games), filling some of the schedule gaps left by Northeast Hamilton. Perhaps their first step back to a full-time slate.

8/28 vs Coon Rapids-Bayard
9/4 at Colo-Nesco
9/10 (Thu.) at Adair-Casey
10/2 vs East Union
10/16 at Guthrie Center
10/23 at Glidden-Ralston

Also a couple of JV games against Heartland Christian.

How long have they not played football?

Glad to see that CO-U is able to do this. The odds of them winning more than one game are not great, heck winning one of those 6 will be an accomplishment I believe. That being said just being able to play on Friday nights again is a good thing. I am sure it will definitely beat playing JV only on Monday's or Tuesday's as was done last season.
